Your site doesn't stop needing attention after launch. A care plan keeps it fast, secure and up to date, so you never have to hunt for a developer when something breaks.
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Unused hours don't roll over. Work beyond the included hours is billed at $45/hour.

Good questions.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?
You know the full cost before we start. If something takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not yours. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Do you work with clients outside Zambia?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, mostly async with scheduled calls. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR.
How do payments work?
Packages under $1,000 are paid 100% upfront. Larger packages are 50% to start and 50% before launch. MVPs are paid in 3 milestones.

Who owns the code?
You do, once final payment clears. Code, designs and documentation are handed over in full.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a fixes window. After that, an optional monthly care plan keeps things updated, backed up and secure.
Terms
The small print, in plain language.
- Payment
- Packages under $1,000 are paid 100% upfront. Larger packages are 50% to start and 50% before launch. MVPs are paid in 3 milestones.
- Start date
- Work starts once payment and all your materials (text, logo, logins) are received. Delivery times count from then.
- Revisions
- Each package lists its revision rounds. A revision changes what was agreed; new features are a change request.
- Change requests
- Anything outside the listed scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.
- Silence clause
- If a project stalls for 14 days waiting on you, it's paused and rescheduled into the next open slot.
- Ownership
- You own the code and design once final payment clears.
- Refunds
- If we can't deliver the agreed scope, you get a full refund for the undelivered part.
